The thoughtful activity conveys corporate care and embodies the company’s social responsibility.
As a national high-tech enterprise and national key "Little Giant" SRI enterprise, Tengfei strictly complies with ISO45001 occupational health & safety management system standards and regularizes staff physical checkups as a core welfare. Led by the EHS Department with full coordination from all departments, the company partnered with qualified medical institutions. Tailored against workplace hazards including dust and noise, the physical packages cover general check-up, routine blood & urine test, liver function, ECG, chest DR, pulmonary function and audiometry to realize early detection, early intervention and early treatment of illnesses for all on-post employees.
Physical examinations were arranged in staggered batches for orderly and efficient procedures. On-site staff provided considerate guidance while medical practitioners completed inspections in strict specifications. Regular health checks help employees feel valued and strengthen their sense of security and belonging at work.
For years, Tengfei has consistently prioritized occupational health protection by optimizing working environments, regularly distributing dust-proof and noise-reducing PPE, launching safety & health education campaigns and improving the full-range welfare system to protect employees’ physical and mental wellbeing.
