As an important innovation platform for Tengfei's "two stations and three centers", namely Jiangsu Enterprise Academician Workstation, Jiangsu Postdoctoral Research Workstation, Jiangsu Engineering Technology Research Center, Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center, and Jiangsu Ultra High Voltage Cable Nano New Materials Engineering Center, the Tengfei Postdoctoral Research Workstation was approved and established by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security in 2016. Since 2016, the company has successively recruited and successfully trained several postdoctors with Northwestern Polytechnical University, Jiangsu University and other universities. This time, the company introduced Dr. Shi Yongqian from the University of Science and Technology of China to work in the station, marking that the post doctoral workstation of Tengfei has entered a new stage of development.
