Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office announced the list of qualified units for the performance evaluation of enterprise intellectual property management standards in Jiangsu Province in 2024. Yangzhou Tengfei was successfully selected based on its excellent performance in intellectual property compliance management, fully demonstrating the company's significant achievements in intellectual property protection and management.

It is reported that the performance evaluation of intellectual property management standards is a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness and achievements of the enterprise's intellectual property compliance management system. According to the national standard "Requirements for Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management System" (GB/T 29490-2023), systematic inspections and assessments are conducted from multiple aspects such as the creation, application, protection, and management of intellectual property. The implementation of intellectual property standards helps enterprises establish a sound intellectual property management system, improve their awareness and ability to protect intellectual property, thereby enhancing their core competitiveness, enabling them to more effectively respond to market competition, enhance their brand image and market position.

Yangzhou Tengfei, as one of the first enterprises to pass the evaluation based on the new national standard "Requirements for Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management System" (GB/T 29490-2023), has always attached great importance to the standardization of intellectual property compliance management and strengthened intellectual property protection work. In 2019, the company undertook the enterprise intellectual property strategy promotion plan project in Yangzhou City and passed the expert acceptance. In 2020, the company won the "Yangzhou Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise", in 2021, it won the "exemplary organization of Baoying County Intellectual Property Work", in the same year, it passed the "Intellectual Property Management System Certification" of Zhongzhi (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd., and in 2022, it won the commitment of "genuine goods" in Jiangsu Province. At present, the company has applied for a total of 118 patents, including 71 invention patents and 56 authorized patents, including 29 invention patents and 1 international PCT patent. There are a total of 45 trademarks for "Baoteng" and "Baolan".
