Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province announced the list of green manufacturing in Jiangsu Province for 2024, and Yangzhou Tengfei Cable and Electrical Materials Co., Ltd. was successfully selected.

In recent years, Yangzhou Tengfei Cable and Electrical Materials Co., Ltd. has always integrated the concept of green development into the core of its corporate development strategy, and incorporated the sustainable development concept of "ecological design, harmless raw materials, recycling, energy conservation and emission reduction" into the entire process of production and operation management. We have formulated a series of systems in system construction, including environmental protection responsibility system, operating environment, and resource conservation management standards. We actively create quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and energy management systems, and have successfully passed the ISO "Three Systems" and ISO50001 energy management system certifications. We have also obtained product carbon footprint and greenhouse gas verification certificates issued by the Fangyuan Mark Certification Group. We will vigorously implement technological transformation in production methods, install independent electricity metering devices for various high-power production equipment such as ovens, dryers, heaters, motors, etc., and use intelligent temperature control devices in special locations. At the same time, we will reduce energy consumption throughout the entire process of raw material selection, production and manufacturing, packaging and transportation. In order to reduce the consumption of electricity resources, the company invested more than 10 million yuan to build a 4.6 MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic power station. The first phase of the project has been put into operation. As of the end of December 2024, the photovoltaic power station has generated over 2.73 million kilowatt hours of electricity, saved over 1200 tons of standard coal, reduced carbon dioxide emissions by over 1800 tons, and enhanced the green added value of the company's product quality. In terms of technological research and development, we have collaborated with multiple universities and research institutes to jointly develop a series of green and energy-saving products such as long-life antioxidant flame retardant packaging tapes, low smoke halogen-free high flame retardant packaging tapes, etc., which have been introduced to the market. The product process technology has reached the leading level in China, playing a positive role in building a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society.

It is reported that green factories refer to factories that achieve land intensification, harmless raw materials, clean and purified production, waste resource utilization, and low-carbon energy. They are the main implementers of green manufacturing and the goal of manufacturing transformation and upgrading. Yangzhou Tengfei Cable and Electrical Materials Co., Ltd. will continue to increase investment in green technology, products, and services, actively explore new models and paths for green manufacturing, and continue to adhere to green and low-carbon development, contributing to the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
