On the morning of December 27th, the National Postdoctoral Research Workstation of Yangzhou Tengfei Cable Electrical Materials Co., Ltd. successfully invited Dr. Qiu Yaxin from Yangzhou University to enter the station and hold the opening report meeting in the conference room on the second floor of the company's R&D center. Tang Aiping, Deputy Director of Baoying County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Yang Jingbo, Head of Talent Development Department, Zhang Cancan, Deputy General Manager of Administration, Zou Hongfei, Deputy General Manager of Science and Technology, as well as relevant R&D and technology personnel of the company attended the meeting. In September of this year, the company signed a joint training agreement with Yangzhou University for enterprise postdoctoral researchers and selected Vice President Zou Hongfei as the postdoctoral enterprise supervisor.

      At the meeting, Dr. Qiu Yaxin gave the opening report on the postdoctoral research project "Preparation of High Compatibility Conductive Carbon Black and Performance Research of Composite Semi conductive Cloth Tape".

      Yangzhou Tengfei established the Jiangsu Province Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base in December 2016. In May 2023, it was approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to establish a national level postdoctoral research workstation, which is an important innovation platform for the company's "two stations and three centers". Since 2016, the company has jointly recruited and successfully trained multiple postdoctoral fellows with universities such as Northwestern Polytechnical University, Jiangsu University, and Fuzhou University.

    This time, the company has introduced Dr. Qiu Yaxin from Yangzhou University to work at the station, marking a new stage of development for Yangzhou Tengfei Postdoctoral Workstation.
