On the morning of July 30th, a summer internship meeting for graduate students at Harbin Institute of Technology was held in the conference room on the second floor of the administrative building of Yangzhou Tengfei Cable and Electrical Materials Co., Ltd. Four graduate students majoring in electrical engineering and materials from the school will conduct a summer internship activity in the company for about ten days. The company's Chief Engineer Jiang Tao, Deputy General Manager Zou Hongfei, and relevant personnel from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department attended the meeting.

      At the meeting, Zou Hongfei, the Deputy General Manager of the company, introduced the company's development history, technological innovation, production and operation, and international market development to the students through a corporate promotional video, giving them a comprehensive understanding of the company. Chen Anyuan, the Minister of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, gave safety education lectures on the entry of trainees into production plants, laboratories, hazardous chemical areas, etc. during the internship period, and detailed the company's safety production management system to enhance the trainees' safety awareness. As the enterprise mentor for this internship activity, Jiang Tao, the chief engineer of the company, provided professional technical guidance and explanation based on the pre established internship plan between the school and enterprise, and divided the relevant internship tasks. The company will provide students with various experimental equipment and related experimental materials required for research and development experiments, laying a good technical and material foundation for students to successfully complete various internship tasks during the internship period. Through this internship activity, students will enhance their ability to integrate theory with practice, and be able to quickly adapt to job requirements and make the necessary contributions to the enterprise in the future.
