In accordance with the requirements of the Yangzhou Municipal People's Congress's "Notice on Carrying out the "Unified Meeting Day" Activities between Municipal People's Congress Deputies and Voters", on the afternoon of November 3, General Manager Zhang Yun invited some county and town People's Congress deputies and mass representatives to hold a symposium to carry out "listening "Voice, Solving Problems, Helping Development" activity collects, reflects and solves the difficulties, demands and suggestions of the community.

Voter representatives who participated in the discussion came from Xigang Village and Aimin Community in Anyi Town. They reflected on many livelihood issues such as "roadside vegetable markets affecting traffic", "the lack of traffic lights poses huge hidden dangers", "public toilets are closed", "the street lights on Airport Road are not working" , and also proposed to "build the Baoying aquatic products trading market as soon as possible", "rectify the drainage river on the east side of the section of Anyi North Road (between Beihe Road and Baosheng Road)" and "manage the Lele Building and Anyi North Road vegetable market in the long term" and the suggestion to “install traffic lights as soon as possible at many traffic intersections in Aimin Community.”

A total of 10 voters’ opinions and suggestions were collected during this “unification meeting day” event with voters. After the meeting, General Manager Zhang Yun will submit these opinions and suggestions one by one to the county and town governments and relevant departments, and urge them to implement them as soon as possible and effectively do some practical things for the people.
